In recent years I have pushed new thinking in the circular economy and the second-hand material market, with specific focus on material re-use. This sits alongside my work with UKGBC. In 2022 and 2023 I ran my own event called Circular Steel which brought the supply chain and industry together, and it will return bigger and better in 2024.

I write a regular Substack newsletter which shares my views and useful information in the property and development industry. The subscriber following is increasing and I look forward to seeing how it grows. Subscribe if you like the content and tell a friend or colleague too.
