Organiser Simon Moffatt

Organiser of CISO Briefing: Consumer Identity & Access Management

Simon Moffatt is a recognised expert in the fields identity and access management and cyber security technology. His 20+ career has seen him lead teams at leading software vendors such as Oracle, Sun Microsystems and ForgeRock as well at advisory and consultancy firms such as Accenture. He is currently Founder and Analyst at The Cyber Hut - a UK based cyber security industry analyst and advisory firm. He is also an advisory board member at Nullafi, a Chicago based data security startup.

He is a published author and contributor to international standards at organisations such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the Internet Engineering Task Force. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Cloud Security Professional, Certified Ethical Hacker and Certified Information Systems Auditor. He is a long time member of the British Computer Society and Member of the Chartered Institute of Information Security.

He is currently a part-time post graduate, studying for a GCHQ certified MSc. in Information Security from Royal Holloway University. His current research interests include passwordless technology, nation station cyber war strategy and identity and access management counter measures.
