The Details

Join us for a day of tree maintenance and become a Citizen Forester with City of Trees!

By carrying out tree maintenance we will be giving our young trees at Foggs Fold some Tree-LC. We will be carrying out this work to ensure that the these trees reach establishment and create woodland areas that will support the local wildlife whilst also responding to the climate emergency. As part of this work we will be carrying out vegetation removal and replacing mulch matts and woodchip around the base of previously planted sapling trees.

All tools will be provided; please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work and sturdy footwear. Drop in for an hour or stay the whole day - you will be guided throughout the day so no prior experience is necessary. This activity is suitable for adults and older children.
