What payment methods do you accept for this event?

We accept a range of payment methods including credit/debit cards or if you are eligible you can pay by invoice. Please ensure to select your preferred method during the registration process.

What if I purchase a ticket but can't attend? Is it refundable?

Tickets are refundable in full up to 7 days prior to the event. After this point, refunds are as follows: 80% within 7 days of the event (exc. 24hrs before). No refunds are available within 24 hours of the event but you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

I am an employee of an existing customer. Are there any exclusive ticket types available?

Yes! We have a special "Pay by Invoice Ticket" available only for our existing customers. If you're not an existing customer and select this option, your ticket will be cancelled.

Are group discounts available?

It's definitely worth asking but we can't guarantee it will be the case for this specific event. Please contact hello@sms-environmental.co.uk to request information on any group rates that maybe available to you.
