What payment methods do you accept for this event?

Accepted Answer

We accept a range of payment methods including credit/debit cards or if you are eligible you can pay by invoice. Please ensure to select your preferred method during the registration process.

Question 2

I am an employee of an existing customer. Are there any exclusive ticket types available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have a special "Pay by Invoice Ticket" available only for our existing customers. If you're not an existing customer and select this option, your ticket will be cancelled.

Do you host this training in other locations?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We conduct similar training events in Derbyshire, Scotland, Wales, and Oxfordshire. You can check our website or contact our team for dates and further details.

Question 4

What if I purchase a ticket but can't attend? Is it refundable?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable in full up to 7 days prior to the event. After this point, refunds are as follows: 80% within 7 days of the event (exc. 24hrs before). No refunds are available within 24 hours of the event but you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

Are group discounts available?

What should I bring to the event?

Just bring yourself, a notepad if you wish to take notes, and an eagerness to learn! All course materials will be provided at the event.
