City of Lisburn & Castlereagh Mayor's Festival at Home: Carnival Art Kit

The City of Lisburn & Castlereagh Mayor's Festival at Home will culminate on the 22nd May 2021 with a day of online activity for the whole family to enjoy.

We invite you to take part in the festival by creating your very own festival headpiece from home. Please register to receive a kit in the post which contains everything you need to make your mark on the event.

*You must be a resident of Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council to receive a kit, registrations from ineligible addresses will be cancelled*

Kits are limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Registration is essential.
