City of Wolverhampton Council New Online Services Usability Testing
Fri 2 December 2016, 11:00 – 11:30 GMT
The City of Wolverhampton Council will soon be launching more online services which you will be able to access from any digital device.
These 30 minute user testing sessions will enable you to pilot test them before anybody else. We'll then be taking your feedback to help improve the services before they go live to the wider public.
You have the choice to complete the testing either from home (Remote testing - we will send you the link and instructions closer to the date) or to come into the Civic Centre and be supported by City of Wolverhampton Council employees (On-site testing).
On-site testing will be run on the following dates at 11:00 am:
Remote testing can be completed from home as you will be sent the test link directly, however once the testing has begun, it must be carried out in one continuous session until testing has been completed.
This remote testing can be completed any time between the following date range:
28th November - 6th December
19th December – 7th January
Please select the starting date but bear in mind it can be completed after that date.
If you are attending the On-Site testing, parking will be provided free of charge for the duration of your testing session.
Where to meet
If attending the On-Site testing, meet at the main reception of the Civic Centre and ask for Daljit Nijjar.
You'll then be taken to a room where you'll be asked some questions and asked to carry out tasks so that we can measure the ease of use of the services we're aiming to launch.
