Exploring the development of the civic agenda in Wales and Scotland, the place-based interpretation of policy and community collaboration, and the associated challenges and opportunities. The presentations and roundtable discussions will share learning and challenges from the two nations, discuss the most exciting developments and look at what the future holds.
