Civic Strength Index

The Civic Strength Index report begins a conversation about civic strength in London. The index explores the complex factors that contribute to civic strength and supports us in understanding the factors that make up strong communities. It offers a shared definition and a set of attributes that impact on civic strength in London. The Civic Strength Index should be seen as a live resource that develops and grows. The report highlights the current gaps in the data needed to measure civic strength and how we can collectively develop solutions to fill those gaps and make this Index more robust.

Building Strong Communities Mission

This report has been commissioned by the Building Strong Communities Mission of the London Recovery Programme. The mission is about supporting strong communities and ensuring all Londoners can play an active role in their communities, making London a more equal and inclusive city post-COVID-19.
