Join us on Tuesday 21st September for a talk by the programme directors of Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering.

This event is a welcome talk given by the programme directors of Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering. As well as the programme directors, other members of staff from the department will be in attendance at this event.

This is a great opportunity for students to learn more about the course you'll be undertaking, as well as providing you with the chance to ask any questions or voice any concerns you might have.

This talk will take place in the Walker Lecture Theatre in the Harrison Hughes Building L69 3GH (see campus map for directions - Grid C8)

This event is for University of Liverpool students only. Non-UoL students will be rejected.

In order to follow Covid-19 safety protocols, this event will be ticketed and there will only be 40 spaces.

Please ensure you have a negative lateral flow test taken within 24 hours prior to arrival on campus, you may be required to provide evidence of the negative result. Should you feel unwell or start displaying any COVID symptoms prior to arrival, we request that you do not attend. In that case, you should book a PCR test and isolate while awaiting the results. This is regardless of vaccine status. Should you start to feel unwell during the talk, please advise a member of staff and return home whilst following GOV.UK guidance.

A face mask must be worn whilst inside our buildings unless a medical exemption applies. In these cases, individuals should wear a clearly visible sunflower lanyard, and/or carry a medical exemption card. Visors can also be worn for medical exemption purposes on in circumstances where communication is adversely affected by a face covering.

Should you be unwilling to abide by the above requirements, the lecturer has the right to refuse participation.
