Event description

Description

The whole family, adults affected by CLP, friends and health workers who contribute to CLP care are all welcome at this afternoon date with the donkeys. Catherine, the Southwest Engagement Officer, will be on hand to meet and greet you all, and there will be cake to celebrate our 40th Birthday (which is June 15 but close enough!). The visit to the Sanctuary itself is free for all, and offers the chance to see and perhaps even meet some of the hundreds of donkeys who make their home just outside Sidmouth.

Timings

The afternoon will look like this:

1pm - Meet and Greet and birthday treats (cake, fruit - please inform us of any allergies on the booking form) followed by a gentle meander around the Sanctuary

2.30pm - A talk in the yard about the Sanctuary and the donkeys for any who fancy it

4pm - Sanctuary closes - but feel free to leave before as suits you and yours

Please bring comfy shoes and waterproofs - just in case!

You can also arrive earlier should you wish to have a longer visit, or have some lunch at the café.

Cost

£0

If you change your mind or your plans change then please cancel your place. Places at an event such as this are valued at over £5 per person.
