Joining an in-store event

Please arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and make your way to the meeting place, as detailed in your confirmation email. Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on your phone, and your My John Lewis card or app for ticket redemption.

A bureau de change is also available. The Beauty Retreat offers treatments for brows and lashes, as well as waxing, tanning, make-up, facials and massages. Situated on the ground level, you can browse the extensive Beauty Hall after your treatment where you can choose from the latest brands in beauty and make-up such as NARS, Dior and Bobbi Brown. You can also treat yourself to the Personal Stylist service, where a stylist will give you expert advice in the comfort of their luxurious advisory suite. Similarly, if it’s your home that needs a bit of a makeover, Partners will offer style advice, whether it’s a particular room that needs a refresh, or the entire home.
