Space and time in your diary, to embrace, empower and encourage yourself through change.

No matter how much you know what you want, or how much you need to change there is always that messy and uncomfortable part between where you are now and where you want to be.

If you are also responsible for motivating, managing and mentoring others it can be hard to find time to think about what you need.

Don't struggle alone worrying that you are being negative or even morbid. Those negative niggles are part of the process and they just like you need space to be heard.

This is an invitation into my home with a small group of no more than 6 people; time to:

• Think
• Plan
