Ready to move, explore, and connect? Join Clarnico Run Club!

We’re starting a new community run club based out of Clarnico Club, right by the Olympic Park in Stratford, near Hackney Wick – and you’re invited.

This is a relaxed, all-levels welcome kind of run. Whether you're lacing up for the first time or you’re already clocking serious miles, our aim is simple: get outside, get moving, and have a good time with good people.

We meet every Saturday at 11:30 AM for a gentle jog or steady run through the local area – no clocks, no pressure, just a chance to move your body and clear your head.

Led by David from Lifted Training, the session includes a guided warm-up, running tips, and support to help you run strong and stay injury-free – wherever you're starting from.

After the run, stick around at Clarnico Club for a well-earned coffee, a bite to eat, or just a chat with the crew. It’s all about good vibes and community spirit.📍 Starting Point: Clarnico Club🕘 Time: every Saturday, 11:30am

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

Just wear comfortable activewear, running shoes, and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest – including finding the perfect post-run coffee ;)

Do I need to be a “real runner” to join?

Our club is open to all fitness levels, from total beginners to experienced runners. Whether you want to walk, jog, or sprint, you’ll find your pace here <3 (if you run, you are a real runner )

How far do you run?

We typically run 3–5km, but the route is flexible and can be adjusted based on the group’s needs. Walkers are welcome too!

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes please, if you do book last minute. Please keep an eye on emails, for last minute changes.

What if I can’t keep up?

No worries – we run at a relaxed, social pace and no one gets left behind. David is a certified personal trainer & will make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported :)
