About this event
Al-Ājrūmīyyah is a classical Arabic grammar tex. The author Muhammad ibn Da’ud as-Sanhaji known as Ibn Ajurrum was from Morroco and lived in the 13th Century CE. This book along with the commentary al-Tuhfah al-Saniyya of Shaykh Muhyideen Abdul-Hameed provides a strong and comprehensive foundation in Arabic Grammar.
This course is suitable for anyone who has studied basic concepts of Arabic grammar (previous knowledge is a must) or an intermediate learner who wishes to not only revise the essential concepts, but also apply them with the exercises provided by the commentator.

- Preparation for class in order read the text.
- Completing Exercises for Homework.
- Participating in class discussions.
Medium of Instruction: The text will be full read in Arabic and then explained in English by Shaykh Waseem Ahmed. Presentations (PowerPoint) and the whiteboard will be utilised throughout the course.
