✨ Whether you’re a lover of music, meditation, or simply seeking a moment of peace, this event offers a rare chance to experience sound as a bridge to stillness.
In this immersive journey, the timeless beauty of classical piano music meets the meditative depth of a sound bath — with Tibetan bowls, chimes, monochord, and more. Let the vibrations and harmonies guide you from sound, through music, into deep silence.
Afterwards, you’re warmly invited to stay for questions about the music and instruments played.
🌟 What to Expect
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event.
- Opening Guided Meditation - Gentle guidance to center and prepare for the journey.
- Sound Bath – A resonant soundscape with healing instruments to calm body and mind.
- Live Classical Music – Experience classical music like never before, creating space for reflection and inner stillness.
- Grounding - Sounds to balance energy and harmonize frequencies.
- Closing Silence – A meditative still point to integrate the experience.
🧘 What to Bring
For your comfort during the sound bath, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.
Since body temperature often drops while lying down, I recommend bringing warm clothes, an eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel truly relaxed.
🪑 You may also enjoy the event seated in a chair if you prefer.
I look forward to sharing this sound journey with you.
With warmth,
Andrea 🙏
