About this event

✨ Whether you’re a lover of music, meditation, or simply seeking a moment of peace, this event offers a rare chance to experience sound as a bridge to stillness.

This immersive experience, led by classically trained concert pianist, Reiki practitioner, and sound healer Andrea Kmecova, blends the meditative depth of a sound bath with the timeless beauty of live classical music.

Let the vibrations of Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and monochord, together with the music of Chopin, Debussy, and Satie, wash over you. Move gently from sound, through music, into deep silence.

Afterwards, you’re warmly invited to stay for an open conversation about the music and instruments played.

🌟 What to Expect

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event. The doors will be closed at 7.30 PM so late comers will not be able to get in.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you tune into the present moment and the sounds around you. The sound bath will feature Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, monochord, grounding instruments such as drum and shakers, and of course, the piano. These frequencies resonate through the body, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and support a state of deep relaxation and balance. The evening will conclude with meditative silence, allowing you to fully integrate the experience.

🧘 What to Bring

For your comfort during the sound bath, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.
Since body temperature often drops while lying down, we recommend bringing warm clothes, an eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel truly relaxed.

🪑 You may also enjoy the event seated in a chair if you prefer.

I look forward to sharing this with you.

With warmth,
Andrea 🙏
