Erleben Sie ein einzigartiges Vokalprogramm in der intimen und atmosphärischen Kulisse der Helferei Kapelle – einer der geschichtsträchtigsten und stimmungsvollsten Konzertorte Zürichs. Zwei Stimmen begegnen sich in einem Repertoire, das Jahrhunderte überbrückt – von der barocken Anmut Händels und Vivaldis bis zur romantischen Sehnsucht Duparcs und Tschaikowskys, sowie zur berührenden Stille bei Sviridov und Dove.

Dieses Konzert bildet den feierlichen Abschluss der Sommer-Tournee 2025 des Ensembles – einer Reihe intimer Konzerte in den Niederlanden, Belgien und der Schweiz.

Zwei preisgekrönte Solist*innen treten in einen musikalischen Dialog aus Arien, Duetten und Liedern – ein emotionaler Weg durch Abschied, Zweifel und Liebe. Diese Musik erhebt nicht die Stimme – sie offenbart. Sie findet kein Ende – sie verweilt. Vom letzten Umarmen in Händels Io t’abbraccio bis zum zerbrechlichen Wiegenlied von Sviridov wird jedes Stück zu einem in der Zeit schwebenden Moment.

Dieses Konzert bietet eine seltene Gelegenheit, die Stimmen von Sopran und Countertenor in barocken wie auch modernen Werken verflochten zu erleben – ein Gespräch zwischen Stilen und Jahrhunderten. Die fein zusammengestellte Auswahl umfasst geistliche Werke, romantische Lieder, französische Mélodies und opernhafte Kleinode – vereint durch die ewigen Themen von Abschied und Sehnsucht.

Die Veranstaltung ist Teil der Konzertreihe Classical Voices von RED EVENTS & Distribution Ltd. – einer kreativen Agentur, die außergewöhnliche Kulturerlebnisse an besonderen Orten in Europa, dem Vereinigten Königreich, Aserbaidschan, Georgien und weiteren Ländern kuratiert: in historischen Herrenhäusern, auf Dächern, in Gewächshäusern und anderen stimmungsvollen Räumen. Join us for a concert in the intimate and atmospheric setting of Helferei Kapelle, one of Zurich’s most historic and evocative venues. Two voices come together in a programme that spans centuries — from the baroque grace of Handel and Vivaldi to the romantic longing of Duparc and Tchaikovsky and the haunting beauty of Sviridov and Dove.

This performance marks the final chapter of the ensemble’s Summer 2025 tour — a series of intimate concerts across the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland.

Performed by two unique award-winning soloists in a dialogue of arias, duets, and songs, the programme traces the emotional journey — through loss, questioning and love. This is music that does not shout but reveals. That does not resolve but lingers. From the final embrace in Handel’s Io t’abbraccio to the fragile lullaby of Sviridov, each piece becomes a moment suspended in time.

This concert offers a rare opportunity to hear soprano and countertenor voices intertwined in both baroque and modern repertoire — a conversation across centuries and styles. The carefully curated selection includes sacred works, romantic lieder, French mélodies, and operatic gems, all unified by the timeless themes of farewell and longing.
