Classics at the Clubhouse

The finest air-cooled cars from all around the UK gather on the rolling hills of Sandford Springs Golf Club for what many call the 'UK's premiere single day air-cooled event'.

Surrounded by manicured lawns, ancient woodland and natural springs, our event offers a truly unique experience for all who attend. From the moment you arrive there is something for every air-cooled enthusiast. The perfect blend of air-cooled classics, a stunning venue with a unique and relaxed atmosphere.

Air-Cooled Display Pass

Holders of this pass will be able to display their air-cooled vehicle within the Classics at the Clubhouse main fairways on the 16th of June 2024.

This pass also includes event admission for the vehicle’s driver.

Each passenger will require their own general admission pass or children's pass.

Main event opens 9:00 on the 16th June 2024 and closes at 16:00.

General Admission Pass

Holders of this pass will be able to enter Classics at the Clubhouse on the 16th of June 2024, but not display a vehicle. If you are planning on parking a vehicle onsite, please add a free ‘vehicle parking pass’ to your order.

Each person will require their own admission pass or children's pass.

Main event opens 9:00 on the 16th June 2024 and closes at 16:00.

Children’s Event Pass

Children 12 and under, will be able to enter Classics at the Clubhouse on the 16th of June 2024 at no cost.

Child must be accompanied by a paying adult. Does not include ‘Breakfast Club’ or any other additional add ons.

Main event opens 9:00 on the 16th June 2024 and closes at 16:00.

Classics’ Camping Pass

For the first time in Classics' history we are offering overnight camping. How about spending the night on a driving range? Quite a unique experience.

Beat the traffic, stay onsite and be ready for the big day ahead.

Camping is only available as a ‘Camping Package’, but also includes Sunset Club Access, Breakfast Club and your Classic at the Clubhouse Event Pass.

Campsite opens 12:00 on Saturday the 15th June 2024, last entry at 21:00.

Children's Camping Pass

Children's Camping is free of charge, but does not include Breakfast Club.

Camping is only available as a ‘Camping Package’, but also includes Sunset Club Access, and Child's Classic at the Clubhouse Event Pass.

Campsite opens 12:00 on Saturday the 15th June 2024, last entry at 21:00.

Sunset Club

A ‘pre Classics’ event on the night before the big day. A chance to preview some of the vehicles on display, listen to some live music, enjoy some food and drink, soak up the final sun before it disappears beyond the golf course horizon, all surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of Sandford Springs Hotel and Golf Club.

Breakfast Club

Have your tea/coffee and breakfast bap waiting for you at a convenient pick up point at Classics at the Clubhouse, no long waits for your breakfast and tea/coffee, pre-order with the breakfast club today.

Event Parking Pass

Do you need to park a non-display vehicle with us on the 16th June 2024 for Classics at the Clubhouse? Then a parking pass is what you will need.

1 pass required per vehicle. All occupants must have a valid Classics at the Clubhouse event pass.

All vehicles must be removed from the course by 17:00.
