A creative and nourishing evening to soothe your nervous system and spark your inner artist.

Clay and Calm is a slow, soulful workshop that blends hands-on making with deep rest. Together we’ll hand-build beautiful porcelain mugs, then unwind with a deeply grounding yin yoga session. No experience is needed—just a willingness to create and breathe.

🌿 What You’ll Experience:

Make Your Own Porcelain Cup

You’ll learn how to hand-build a mug using smooth white porcelain, adding your own unique touch by:

• Stamping or carving patterns

• Incribing a name, word, or intention

This is your time to play, personalize, and express something meaningful.

After the workshop, I’ll carefully dry and bisque-fire your mug, then glaze it in your chosen color from a curated selection. Your finished mug will be ready for collection or delivery a few weeks later.

🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga + Guided Rest

After creating with your hands, we’ll move into the body. This gentle yin yoga session invites long, supported holds, deep stretches, and meditative breathwork—perfect for calming the nervous system, vagus nerve stimulation, fascia tension release and integrating your experience.

A Peaceful, Nourishing Environment

🌸 About Me

I’m a qualified psychologist, Yin Yoga teacher, rebirthing breathworker, and a ceramic artist, devoted to the healing power of beauty, creativity, and embodied expression. My path began as a personal quest to soothe my sensitive nervous system—shaped by early life experiences and a deep longing for peace, depth, and connection. Over time, I found profound healing through clay, ritual, and communion with the natural world.

I now weave together psychological insight, breathwork, clay therapy and other somatic creative practices to guide others—especially women—back to themselves through tactile healing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual remembrance.

Organized by

Regular nourishing re-wilding, healing and creative women's circles in London, Woodford on Central Line or in the Forest (Near Buckhurst Hill).

In our events we laugh, cry, dance, sing and more; we reclaim our wild nature, creative inspirations and passionate hearts!

ABOUT ME

My name is Niloufar, I am a ceramic artist by day and in the evening in my private practice I work as a counselling psychologist, ecotherapist, integrative breathworker, and sound-voice & Shamanic healer.

I am passionate about sharing creative heart nourishing & soulful circles with other women.

I have found on my own journey that Creative Expressions, Nature, Plants, High Frequency Energy, Beauty & Pure Love to be the primary healers.

Epping Forest is my second home, and I find just being amongst trees, birds and ponds, dancing in the forest and painting in silence deeply nourishing and soothing for the nervous system and the soul.

So I attempt to incorporate these elements into the circles.
