🗓 Date: Sunday, 29th of June 2025
🕒 Time: 2 PM – 5 PM
📍 Location: A secluded woodland near Buckhurst Hill Station, Central Line, London. We will meet outside Three Colts Pub
🎟 Price: £45– includes guided clay journey, Yin Yoga session, materials, tea, snacks and your take-home clay piece/symbol

This unique outdoor offering blends Yin Yoga and therapeutic clay sculpting—two slow, somatic practices designed to soothe the nervous system, regulate the vagus nerve, and offer space for your inner world to breathe and be met with gentleness.

We’ll begin with a guided yin yoga practice to release fascia tension and awaken the body’s innate capacity for rest and repair. Yin poses are held in stillness, offering deep nourishment to connective tissues and giving you time to meet yourself—without pressure or performance.

Following this, you’ll be guided into a therapeutic clay exploration using soft, earthy air-dry clay. With inspirations from Jungian psychology, you’ll be invited to shape your own symbol of safety—something small, meaningful, and tactile to take home. This is not about making something ‘beautiful’—it’s about using your hands to listen, to feel, to create safety from the inside out.

What We’ll Explore:

🌿 The body’s language of safety & the role of the vagus nerve
🌿 How fascia holds memory and responds to slow, gentle movement
🌿 The healing power of clay as a grounding and expressive medium
🌿 Creating personal symbols of safety using air-dry clay
🌿 Being in community with other women in a supportive, non-judgemental space
🌿 Time in the forest to reconnect with nature’s rhythm and your own

About Your Guide:

Hi, I’m Niloufar—a psychologist, ceramic artist, somatic facilitator, and a clay therapist in training. Having had an ultra sensitive nervous system myself, I am a lifelong seeker of quiet, sacred spaces. My work weaves together clay, nervous system care, creative healing, and nature connection. I believe beauty is a healer, slowness is medicine, and we all deserve to feel safe in our bodies and lives.

Limited spaces available to keep the group intimate. Book early to reserve your spot.

✨ Come as you are. Leave with calm in your body and something meaningful in your hands. ✨

ABOUT ME

My name is Niloufar, I am a ceramic artist by day and in the evening in my private practice I work as a counselling psychologist, ecotherapist, integrative breathworker, and sound-voice & Shamanic healer.

I am passionate about sharing creative heart nourishing & soulful circles with other women.

I have found on my own journey that Creative Expressions, Nature, Plants, High Frequency Energy, Beauty & Pure Love to be the primary healers.

Epping Forest is my second home, and I find just being amongst trees, birds and ponds, dancing in the forest and painting in silence deeply nourishing and soothing for the nervous system and the soul.

So I attempt to incorporate these elements into the circles.
