Boundaries are essential for maintaining mental health and well-being.
They help define what is acceptable in relationships and in the process create predictability and certainty which allows us to relax and feel at ease in ourselves.
In this workshop we will explore the following:
- What are boundaries and where we need them in our lives
- How boundaries help create healthy relationships
- How to recognise unhealthy boundaries
- Understanding four types of boundaries that support healthy relationships
- How to set flexible boundaries
You will also have the opportunity to do some personal reflection activities that will help you find and clarify your own flexible relationship boundaries.
