Clear Mind at Work – Mindfulness based solutions to the challenges of working life: 4 week series with Gen Kelsang Gomchen
It is not easy to maintain a peaceful mind while living and working in the city, however by applying practical mindfulness-based tools derived from Buddha’s teachings we can learn how to keep our peace amidst even the busiest and demanding working environment. Gen Kelsang Gomchen will illustrate using practical real-life examples, how we can break the stress cycle, make our interactions with others more harmonious and live by positive values whilst moving towards success. These teachings will be specifically targeted towards working professionals but the methods taught are universally applicable and can be used in a variety of circumstances.
