You want to be more mindful and meditate more, but you just can't seem to fit it into your schedule. We've got you covered! Our sessions are a one-hour guided meditation experience that will help you stay connected to your goals, recharge, and learn how to meditate on your own. Every week, we'll explore a new meditation theme that will help keep you on the straight and narrow.

Join other like-minded individuals to stay connected on their personal wellness journey through a private group newsletter sent out fortnightly. The guided meditation class will offer you a chance to experience inner peace, joy and harmony in your life.
