What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex, as well as tap to pay with Apple Pay and Google Wallet. Please note we do not accept cash. All goods must be paid for fully at the time of purchase, we cannot accept deposits or part payments.

What facilities are available at the event and is it wheelchair-friendly?

Our showroom is on the ground floor, with the entrance directly from a level pavement, ensuring that wheelchair users can easily attend the event. Please note there are no WC facilities available at the event.

Is it possible to park at the event?

Our showroom does not have dedicated parking available. We recommend leaving the car at home, however, limited on-street parking around the venue are available - please observe the parking regulations and ensure you have purchased the necessary permit to avoid penalties.

How will I get my purchase home?

Accepted Answer

We will  wrap fragile items and provide bags if needed . We will also have available the details of local delivery specialists who can assist with the trasportation of bulkier purchases that are too large to take away, and we can store such items  ahead of their collection for your convenience.

Clearance Items consist of ex-display units, customer returns, or goods whose product or packaging may exhibit minor defects. All Clearance Items are offered strictly “sold as seen.”

Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect Clearance Items prior to purchase. All sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge acceptance of the item’s condition at the time of sale
