The BA (Hons) Communication Design programme at The Glasgow School of Art provides a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that fully equips graduates as 21st-century designers, whether in professional studio practice or further academic study.

In this online event, Programme Leader Steve Rigley will talk about the programme’s three specialist pathways: Graphic Design; Illustration, or Photography/lens-based practice, and why this programme might be the right choice for you.

Join us for this session as Steve will also cover portfolio advice for your application via Clearing, as well as discussing some common career paths from a degree in Communication Design.

Clearing places are open to International and RUK applicants (see www.gsa.ac.uk/clearing for details).

Clearing is a simple way to apply to The Glasgow School of Art and offers those who do not currently have a place to study on an undergraduate course the option to apply for study at the GSA in autumn 2025. If you’ve already applied for art school or university, Clearing offers you the chance to change your mind. If you have not applied at all, the Clearing process means you still have time.
