This seminar aims to bring together some key insights for senior leaders in dioceses and national institutions of the church. The objective will be to understand the application of common tenure and the measure in relation to the legal responsibilities and duties of care that surround clergy terms of service and discipline.

No cases will be discussed other than those already in the public domain, to the extent to which they are in the public domain.
