Alex Holt - Alex has spent over 25 years in the Legal Sector as a partner in a top 60 firm, a founder of an executive search and recruitment business, and director of business development for a global outsourcing company I am now heading up BD for Cashroom, having joined them 7 years ago.

When he joined The Cashroom, the company was about 7 years old and was only servicing the Scottish market. Alex was brought in to open the business in England and Wales, and grow from a client base of about 50 firms.

The Cashroom now serves around 250 law firms throughout the UK.

Paul McCluskey - Paul is the former UK Head of Professional Practices at Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank and has worked with law firms of various sizes and complexity across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Having seen banks shift away from legal sector specialism, Paul set up Gemstone Legal to offer firms a trusted, independent approach to source finance and improve returns on client monies. Paul is also a Law Society approved Lexcel assessor and consultant and combines his experience to help legal firms to improve their approach to finance and operational risk management.
