In this second session, we aim to help practitioners to:

* further develop their own understanding of climate change and in particular to help empower learners to find agency and hope in their own ability to effect change.

* explore the ideas around 'cimate justice' in more depth

* reflect on success stories where citizens have helped to bring about positive change

The outcomes of the session include:

• enhanced knowledge and understanding of Learning for Sustainability • increased understanding of the climate crisis and its impacts• becoming familiar with a range of methodologies and resources to engage children & young people in their learning• increased confidence to explore the topic of climate change in the classroom.

You will receive joining instructions a few days before the session starts. Please look out for an email sent through Eventbrite and one directly from us at the One World Centre.

These sessions have been created for practitioners in Angus and Dundee, but others from Fife and across Tayside are welcome to register too.
