Climate change means that we have to prepare our cities for heavy downpours and flash flooding. It makes clever flooding solutions, the use of geographical data and digital tools to analyse and visualise risk a requirement to safeguard cityscapes. It also adds value because sustainable, landscape-based rainwater handling can bring nature back to our cities and create new meeting places.
