You will be guided by expert facilitators and coaches who have decades of experience in guiding programmes like this and who have corporate backgrounds, bringing real world experience.

How are the sessions structured?

The Lab includes four virtual evening sessions, spaced a few weeks apart, to allow time for reflection and experimentation between meet-ups. Each session builds on the previous one, with ongoing support throughout and beyond.
