About this event
Nadhim Zahawi is putting climate change at the heart of education: “The COP26 summit has further amplified the UK’s commitments to become a world leader in sustainability right across the education system by engaging young people and bringing them on our journey towards net zero and a green future.”
How can schools respond?
This event will provide you with ideas and resources to help embed Climate Work in your own school and support you to follow Leeds City Council's Climate Action Route Map (CARM.) It will also provide networking opportunities to support peer to peer collaborative learning from school-based practitioners.
The event is run by SLT at Moor Allerton Hall and Leeds Development Education Centre, with Leeds University and visiting European teacher experts.
