Description

Ever wondered what exactly climate stress-tests are about, why we need them and how they can be carried out in a meaningful way? ShareAction’s upcoming free webinar will look at options for climate stress-testing of the European financial system, exploring different definitions of climate risks and methodologies for measuring them. We’ll discuss what the impact of stress-tests has been in the past, whether we can learn yet from recent experiences in climate stress-testing in France and what types of follow on courses of action climate stress-tests would open up for civil society organisations.

We’re pleased to welcome the following speakers:

  • Franziska Schütze, Researcher at the Global Climate Forum
  • Rens van Tilburg, Executive Secretary at Sustainable Finance Lab at Utrecht University
  • Jakob Thomä, Director at 2° Investing Initiative

This webinar is offered as part of the offering of the European Responsible Investment Network (ERIN) and the Charities Responsible Investment Network (CRIN) hosted by ShareAction.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or suggestions on Friederike.hanisch@shareaction.org
