Clinical Entrepreneurs Forum
Fri 31 March 2017, 09:00 – 13:00 BST
In response to feedback requesting improved networking and creating communities of entrepreneurs who are better placed to overcome barriers to innovation in healthcare, the Eastern AHSN & Health Enterprise East are pleased to announce details of the inaugural Clinical Entrepreneurs Forum.
The Clinical Entrepreneurs Forum gives delegates a fantastic opportunity to hear first-hand from entrepreneurs, innovators, and Clinical Fellows, providing valuable and practical advice, insight and experiences into their innovation success and the support on offer. Delegates will also have the chance to network with likeminded attendees with an interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
There is also the opportunity to hear from colleagues at the Medtech Accelerator. A new joint venture to help facilitate the early stage development of innovations in the broad area of medical technology (devices, diagnostics, software, and eHealth) that meet unmet clinical needs within the NHS.
With a total of £1.5 million available and with individual awards of between £15,000 and £125,000 to innovation projects that show the potential to create future spin-out companies primarily out of NHS organisations it’s an opportunity not to be missed to discuss any innovative ideas!
Who Should Attend?
This forum is free to attend and open to all aspiring clinical and allied health professional entrepreneurs, plus innovators operating in the eastern region.
