North West Employers are working in partnership with Warrington and Halton Hospitals to deliver some Clinical Leadership Masterclasses over a 12 month period.
The evening Masterclasses will provide core knowledge, information and a toolkit in the principles and practices of Leadership. Delivered by professionals well versed in the challenges facing healthcare today.
What does it look like?
This programme has been designed to offer a bite sized approach to leadership development. It follows the structure outlined in the MLCF (Medical Leadership Competency Framework) which describes key areas of performance under 5 domains:
- Demonstrating personal qualities
- Working with others
- Managing services
- Improving services
- Setting Direction
