The evening Masterclasses will provide core knowledge, information and a toolkit in the principles and practices of Leadership. Delivered by professionals well versed in the challenges facing healthcare today.
What does it look like?
This programme has been designed to offer a bite sized approach to leadership development. It follows the structure outlined in the MLCF (Medical Leadership Competency Framework) which describes key areas of performance under 5 domains:
- Demonstrating personal qualities
- Working with others
- Managing services
- Improving services
- Setting Direction
Further leadership development options are available including accredited internal and external leadership programmes, coaching, mentoring, action learning sets, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Who is this event aimed at?
This programme is suitable for clinicians from all professional backgrounds. We are inviting medical, clinical and non-clinical leaders to join together to learn about yourself, your impact on others and the system in which you lead.
