This is event is for staff working in Primary Care in Nottingham & Nottinghamshire

This event intends to enable participants to understand the requirements to be a Clinical Supervisor

Target audience

This free event is aimed at primary care colleagues who are involved in clinical supervision of new additional roles and existing nursing staff.

NB: Please register with your nhs.net email where possible. If the event is oversubscribed, priority may be given to those who have registered with NHS addresses.

Outcomes include:

• To describe the breadth of clinical supervision.
• To apply educational theory to clinical supervision.
• To compose a de-brief and tutorial.
• To apply feedback models
• To be aware of workplace based assessments.
• To manage colleagues in difficulty.

Key message for the session

We may all be able to supervise our colleagues BUT can we always do it better!
