Clinical training: Look after yourself so that you can support others.
Event Information
About this Event
The last year has taken its toll on all of us and it's still ongoing. Working in a profession that involves supporting others requires us to be OK and to show up in the right headspace to be there for our clients and patients.
How do we show up in the way we need to for others in these times? What do we need to do to make sure that we can be there for our clients, be fully present with them and with the right level of energy and engagement?
We'll look at strategies for taking care of ourselves, pacing our work and the connection between the mind and body. Learn some simple techniques to apply before sessions with clients and share some of our challenges and best practice advice.
