Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals will be holding a GP and primary care focused webinar hosted by Dr Carole Ridge, consultant cardiothoracic and interventional radiologist who specialises in lung tumour ablation, cardiac imaging and quantitative imaging of the lungs; Dr Laura Price, consultant respiratory physician who specialises in treating pulmonary hypertension, interstitial lung disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and Dr Karen Breen, consultant haematologist based at Guys and St Thomas' Hospital who specialises in thrombosis.

Focusing on clinical and radiologic assessment and treatment of suspected deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, including imaging assessment, risk stratification and treatment.
Learning objectives:
- To become familiar with the testing options for deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, and new developments in the field.
- To understand how patients with deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism are risk stratified
- To understand how patients with deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism are treated including anticoagulant therapy and catheter based treatment.
