Self care and intentionally balancing during social distancing

About this Event

This online workshop will look at how to healthy maintain relationships during physical distancing by employing intentional balance and developing communication with those you live with. Whether you are living with a partner, friends, family or housemates, social distancing and self-isolation are likely to be putting a strain on your relationships.

Gayathiri Kamalakanthan (relationship and sex educator) will talk through some of the likely hurdles and suggest ways by which intentional balancing and self-care will help. This will be an intimate and interactive workshop where you will come up with self-care and balancing routines which are specific to you and your living situation.

This workshops will be hosted using Zoom and you will receive all the relevant information from The Candid Collective a few days before.
