The EPSRC impact acceleration account (IAA) is a £1M fund designed to develop the impact of EPSRC-funded research through a range of awards, events and training.

The IAA has funded a broad range of development activities, from novel eye treatments to organic chemistry, materials from waste, machine learning, additive manufacturing and beyond.

In this workshop, we will provide an overview of the funding opportunities available to researchers and academics will highlight their current projects, along with tips and advice on how to develop a successful project.

The workshop will bring to a ‘close’ the Making an Impact Week with various prizes being awarded by Prof Anthony Hollander, PVC R&I, to research staff who have participated in the Week’s activities.
