Jeremy Crook, OBE, Founder & Chief Executive, Black Training and Enterprise Group (BTEG)

Moderated by: Mark Chaffey, Co-Founder and COO, hackajob

Full panel to be announced shortly

We want to hear from you. As a representative of the industry and your organisation, we encourage your participation as we discuss important trends and challenges in the industry, including:

  • Snapshot of London’s progress of underrepresented groups in the tech sector

  • How organisations can hold themselves accountable and develop initiatives that cultivate inclusion

  • Practicalities around access to and retention of diverse talent

  • Social mobility and education’s influence in the sector

  • The importance of data in materialising positive change

If you are an industry leader in tech or HR responsible for driving change and/or cultivating diverse teams, don’t miss your opportunity to make a difference by joining us for what promises to be an interactive and eye opening event.

As part of the Mayor's Strategy for Social Integration, WIN is helping to improve pathways for underrepresented groups in the workplace. The programme is currently supporting young black men aged 16 to 24 years into living wage employment in the Technology sector.

Be sure to stick around for networking, food and drinks following the panel session!
