Closing the gender gap in engineering: why it matters in communications

Telecoms engineering is helping to shape our future world. But the evolution of technology is impacted by a workforce shortage in engineering, with low levels of female representation, despite awareness of how diversity can positively impact organisations. Ofcom wants to ensure that everyone’s views are heard on this topic.

We’re hosting an interactive session at The Institution of Engineering and Technology's HQ in London, where you’ll hear panellists from Ofcom and other influential organisations discuss how we can close the gender gap in STEM.
