These workshops are a part of the Oxford Foundry's wider LEV8 Women initiative - open to all University of Oxford students.
Did you know that globally, fewer than 1 in 5 organisations currently have a female founder or leader? This mini series of workshops addresses gender inequality and looks at ways in which ALL genders can contribute to the solution. Come and learn about the impact YOU can make!
This workshop will look at the neuroscience in the difference between the male and female brain. It will help you to recognise and understand the differences, increasing your empathy and ability to effectively communicate with different genders.
What you will learn:
- Understanding the male and female brain
- What actually causes us to be different
- How to ‘grow’ your brain and think more creatively
** FOR UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD STUDENTS ONLY **
