Closing the Productivity Gap – Regional Insights for the West of England

As part of the Festival of Economics you are invited to a Brunel Centre and Futures West Policy Session on their latest policy paper: Closing the Productivity Gap - Regional Insights and Strategic Priorities for the West of England. This paper analyses the productivity across the West of England’s local authorities and compares their productivity performance with other high productivity areas.

At this panel and Q&A session you will hear from Dr Damian Whittard (Associate Professor in Economics at UWE and author of the paper), Cllr Andrew Brown (Chair of Economy and Skills Committee, Bristol City Council), Ed Rowberry (CEO of BBRC) and Dr Lucy Martin (Director of the Brunel Centre).
