Take this time for yourself to join me on a breathwork journey designed to help you release, reflect and deeply relax.
Through conscious connected breathing you will gently let go of stress, tension and old energy. Creating space for clarity, a sense of calm and renewal. A time to reconnect with yourself and leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
In this 2 hour session you will
Set an intention and ground into the moment
Be fully guided through the breathwork in a safe space
Breathe to a beautiful playlist
Journal your experience
And finally rest and close the space with a gentle meditation.

Untreated high blood pressure
Detached Retina or glaucoma
Eplepsy, seizures or a history of strolkes
Severe astma
Pregnancy
Schizophrenia, Bipolar or a history of pychosis
