Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have studied clowning before?

No but you might find it beneficial.

Is there an obligation to 'perform' in front of the group?

While it is always beneficial to give it a go, there is no obligation to 'perform' in front of a group

I have done some acting. Will that help?

Stage experience can be useful but it is by no means obligatory.

I've done a lot of clowning. Why should I come?

Clowning is a very difficult term to define and we believe that each pedagogue and practitioner brings their own approach and understanding. While we believe and hope that you will learn something new, it is equally possible that you won't. This is the nature of teaching performing arts.
