Club Forum - Trauma Conscious Coaching

The Club Forums bring together people involved in sport and physical activity in Gloucestershire to share good practice, learn about welfare and safeguarding, and take part in open discussions.

The sad reality is that every fitness professional is likely to be training somebody who has experienced trauma. Safe, inclusive, trauma informed exercise spaces benefit us all and we want to resource fitness professionals in this.

Anyone involved in sport & physical activity is more than welcome to join.
