What to expect
Register for a ticket here and you'll receive it via email. Your ticket won't be needed on the day, but registering gives me an idea of numbers and who to expect.
Please ensure you have filled in the PAR-Q health form in advance. For insurance purposes, you won't be able to take part if it has not been filled out and returned.
On arrival at Oakham C of E Primary School there is free car parking in the main car park to your right as you drive in. Head to the fire door at the end of the car park to get inside - the main reception will be closed.
Each class is £6.50, pay on entry. Card is preferred but cash is also accepted.
Glow sticks are highly recommended to make the most of the class and the atmosphere. Official reusable Clubbercise glowsticks can be purchased for £6 a pair. Alternatively, you can rent a set for £2 per class. These are free to hire for your first class only. Only official Clubbercise glowsticks may be used in class.
The class will start at 7pm prompt and the doors will be locked for this so please arrive in good time.
The class is one hour in duration, with regular, scheduled drink breaks, so please make sure you bring plenty of water.
Please wear comfortable clothing that's suitable for working out. That could be leggings and t-shirt or vest, or shorts if you'd prefer. Trainers are mandatory. You will not be allowed to take part in any other footwear.
