This is one of a series of webinars organised by CDPI to mark the countdown to the COP26 Climate Change Conference in Glasgow in November 2021.

The aim is to address the challenges involved and promote the development of sustainable shipping on the River and Firth of Clyde.

Our webinars are part of a broader emerging initiative to promote sustainable shipping on the Clyde and to raise awareness of the potential of the region. What we aim to build is a critical mass of broad stakeholder representation that can advocate for greater investment in the maritime sector on the Clyde; safeguarding of key maritime sites against encroaching speculative development and land banking, and more visible and proactive support from the Scottish and UK Governments, local authorities and other agencies.
